With the pressure of looming deadlines and the constant feeling of being overwhelmed by day-to-day office routines, finding the time to replenish and nurture oneself can often be a daunting task. In such times, it becomes essential to recognize the strength that comes from being provided for and supported by a well-functioning team. Engaging in just 60 minutes of movement can significantly aid in building joy, fostering focus, and promoting concentration not just for individual team members, but for the collective team as a whole.

I am a devoted and passionate teacher and student of movement, meditation, and breathwork. With a deep commitment to helping others find peace and balance through mindful practices. My journey began with 200 hours of intensive training in Vinyasa Yoga, which laid the foundation for my career as a yoga teacher and Social Emotional Arts Educator. As an artist and advocate, I believe in the transformative power of mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. I am dedicated to using these practices as catalysts for positive change in individuals and communities.

I am committed to fostering a deep and profound sense of inner and outer awareness, allowing others to truly connect with their unique bodies, hearts, spirits, and minds.
